Ray Chesher entered the real estate business after a successful 20 year career in high tech software sales for companies such as Dun and Bradstreet Software, The Baan Company, i2 Technologies and MicroSoft. Over the course of his sales career he has participated in countless hours of sophisticated sales training, which he applies every day for his clients. Ray resides in Georgetown with his wife Susan, and their dogs, Pluto, Baxter and Rudy. They are both involved with the Georgetown Rotary Club as well as other local groups.
Karen Pedersen joined Ray as his Licensed Assistant in November 2006. Karen brought over 15 years experience with her, all in the Halton Hills & Erin area. Karen was born & raised in Orton – a small community just north west of Hillsburgh, where she currently resides with her husband, Richard.
Holly Light has worked in Real Estate since 2000 – and decided to join "The HeyRay Team" in August 2007. Holly was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec – “Oui, je parle le francais!!” – and is fluent in French. Holly enjoys playing women’s hockey, golf and spending time with her family. She has been a happy resident of Halton Hills for many years!!
Jennifer Sargeant chose to get her real restate license after completing 3 transactions with “The Hey Ray Team”. Jennifer was born and raised in Toronto and has lived in the GTA including London and Barrie. She worked in Purchasing and Distribution Management for the past 12 years; most recently with Winners Merchants Inc. Jennifer lives in Georgetown with her husband Paul (who is a Firefighter with Halton Hills) and their two children John and Claire.
Brenda Hamilton the newest member of the “HeyRay Team” joined us in May 2013. Brenda brings with her 17 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. Born and raised in Halton Hills, Brenda continues to make her home in Georgetown along with her husband Rob, also a lifetime resident, and their two children, Blake and Brock. Brenda is an avid runner and has run four marathons including Boston. She is also an active participant in the Georgetown Ladies Volley Ball League.
